How to book and pay for your trips:



Do you dream of traveling by bicycle, off the beaten track, to see the real Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia? Vietnam BackRoads makes it easy for you to book your touring holiday.  We also offer non-bicycle tours and vacation packages at great prices.
When you are ready to book, following these simple steps:

1. Send us your request, with the trips you want to book, by email
2. We will send you the booking form(s) by email
3.  In the booking form, you will fill in the following information:
     •    Full name, address, phone number, nationality, passport number
     •    The type of tour; bicycle tour, classic tour, non-bicycle tour.
     •    Private or Group Tour
     •    Starting and Ending date.
     •    Starting location and finishing location.

4. Send your booking forms back to Vietnam BackRoads by email.
5. Transfer a 30% deposit of your tour cost to Vietnam BackRoads' bank account to hold your booking
     •    There will be a charge from your bank to transfer the deposit to Vietnam. You are responsible to cover this fee.  However, there is also a bank transfer fee in Vietnam, which Vietnam Backroads will cover.
     •    We will send you a receipt after receiving the deposit.
